Premises Licences
Obtaining new licences and varying current ones to allow operators to sell alcohol and provide regulated entertainment – from restaurants to hotels and retailers to festivals. Club Premises Certificates
We act for the vast majority of private members clubs from the Garrick to the Groucho and 5 Hertford Street to the Institute of directors. Personal Licences
We are accredited by the BIIAB to provide training for those wanting to sit the personal licensing course. We provide specialist tutoring either at our office or at your premises or headquarters if preferred. Applications for personal licences are submitted by our team following the successful completion of the course.
Pavement Licences
We submit applications for pavement licences, tables and chairs licences, street trading licences and anything similar. If required, we have an in-house architect that can draft suitable plans and our team that includes experienced planning consultants are well versed with the ins and outs of what is expected with applications and how to avoid any pitfalls.
Marriage Licences
Since marriage licences have been permitted at venues that are not places of worship, our team have advised on marriage licences for some of the most iconic wedding venues in the UK including not only London’s leading 5* hotels and private members’ clubs but also a host of buildings of national and international importance.
Special Events
We continue to act for and advise a number of large outdoor music festivals and entertainment events in London and further afield. For example our clients’ the Royal Parks host numerous events every year including world class music concerts and the annual Winter Wonderland Christmas festival in Hyde Park. Our team has the specialist knowledge expected for such large scale projects and their detailed requirements.
